I reserve the right to refuse any commissions and/or requests.

I have the right to showcase the commissioned work on my social media/stream and portfolio, and use them as future samples for commissions.

Let me know if you'd rather have your commission private from my social media/streams.

Do not resell the model (without permission) or redistribute the files.

I do not work with anything that relates with NFTs and would not allow my work to be used for them.

Do not claim my work as your own. If you are using a model that I rigged, please do credit me on your social media! Titles would be: Live2D Modeler/Rigger, or Papa (パパ).

All pricing includes commercial rights. (Company Usage will have 30%+ commercial right fees)

50% of the price must be paid upfront, through Paypal invoice or Wise (Preferred, less fees).

Paypal transaction charges must be paid by the client. (Will be quoted as tax)

Minor changes can be made within 2 weeks of the project handover, but is subject to my agreement.

I would not provide the cmo3 file. If there are any minor adjustments/fixes that need to be made please let me know

You can request a refund if I haven't started working on the commission.

You may receive a partial refund after I have started the commission, which will be proportional to the progression done.

No refunds available after I have completed the commission.

For art packages, please provide at least a clear and completed design/ colored sketches. If you do not have a character sheet yet, we might have to charge extra or a possibility of declining if there would be too much filling in the blanks for the design.
